To support changes to these systems needed to support commencement of the Biodiversity Conservation Act and Local Land Services (Amendment) Act, 2 phases of system enhancements were carried out. The first phase enhancements occurred in November 2016 and is documented in a separate release note. This document covers enhancements made during the second phase August 2017 (Release 3.0) and December 2017 (Release 3.1).
