The Review of Environmental Factors was prepared by GeoLINK Pty Ltd in accordance with the requirements of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The Review of Environmental Factors described the proposed activity, documented the likely impacts of the proposed activity on the environment and detailed protective measures to be implemented, and was approved in January 2020. An addendum was added to the Review of Environmental Factors in October 2020 to reflect the redesign process and reduced footprint of the new car park.
