The National Parks and Wildlife Service threatened species status report is a collation of population survey or monitoring data for 101 threatened species found on the national park estate for the 2022–23 financial year, or the most recent year available.

This species status report demonstrates initial efforts in building a rigorous, long-term and comprehensive threatened species reporting framework, and is the first attempt by any protected area agency in Australia to generate a data-based assessment of threatened species within a protected area network.
