Inspiring the community to care for the unique and at-risk wildlife we often take for granted is vital to ensuring their survival into the future.

Hosting a threatened species event will not only contribute to statewide efforts as part of the NSW Government Saving our Species program, but it is also a great way for your organisation to reach out to new audiences and reinvigorate the interest of your existing members.

The guide includes advice and resources on running your event including:

  • choose a local threatened species
  • choose the type of event
  • invites and promotion
  • suggested actions and pledges.
