Chiloglottis platyptera D.L.Jones - Removal from the Act (vulnerable species)

The NSW Threatened Species Scientific Committee, established under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 (the Act), has made a Final Determination to remove Chiloglottis platyptera D.L.Jones from the Schedules of the Act by omitting reference to this species from Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Vulnerable species).
