Find buyers and sellers of credits
There are many ways to find buyers and sellers of credits.
- Use the BOS credit supply register or BOS credit demand register to find potential buyers or sellers of credits.
- Use the Biodiversity Credits Catalogue to display credits for sale and help buyers and sellers connect.
- Offer to sell your credits to the CST or the BCT.
- Offer to buy credits from the CST.
- Negotiate directly with development proponents or landholders.

Managing and disclosing information that may affect the price of biodiversity credits
The department has established a guideline for how the Biodiversity Offsets Scheme Branch, the Credits Supply Taskforce and the Biodiversity Conservation Trust manage and disclose information they generate that may affect the price of biodiversity credits.
The guideline aims to support all participants in the biodiversity credits market make informed decisions by ensuring this information is disclosed in a fair, timely and meaningful way.
The guideline will come into effect for information generated after 31 March 2024.
